By accessing or using Athlorep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Service
Athlorep is a goal tracking and habit building platform designed for youth athletes. Our platform enables athletes to set goals, track daily habits ("reps"), monitor progress, and communicate with coaches. We also provide tools for coaches to manage teams and provide feedback.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
For users under 18, a parent or guardian must create the account and provide consent for their child to use the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Athlorep to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
Coach Responsibilities
Coaches using Athlorep agree to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with athletes, provide constructive and encouraging feedback, respect the privacy of athletes and their families, and comply with all applicable laws regarding working with minors.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Athlorep provides tools for tracking athletic goals and weight management. This information is for general tracking purposes only and should not replace professional medical or coaching advice. Users should consult healthcare providers before making significant changes to training or nutrition. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from athletic activities.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Athlorep, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Athlorep and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (goals, reflections, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and store that content as necessary to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Athlorep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
